Stariage provides SAP SuccessFactors consulting, advisory, configuration, optimization, integration, and related professional services. All services are delivered in alignment with SAP best practices, customer governance rules, and global data protection standards.

1. Company & Service Scope

Stariage provides advisory, configuration assistance, integration support, troubleshooting, data validation, documentation, and optimization services for SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP HR technologies.
Services may include, but are not limited to:

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Position Management, Time Off

SAP CPI, Boomi, EC Payroll, ADP, and third-party integrations
-
HR data management, system testing, and post-go-live optimization
-
Documentation and knowledge transfer
Any services outside agreed project scope require a separate agreement or change order.

2. No Affiliation With SAP SE

Stariage is independent and not affiliated, associated, endorsed, or sponsored by SAP SE.
All SAP trademarks, product names, and logos belong to SAP SE and are used strictly for identification purposes.

3. Client Responsibilities
​
Clients must:

Provide accurate information and timely access to systems and documentation

Maintain internal approvals and governance for production-level changes
-
Ensure all HR and payroll data shared is lawful and compliant under applicable regulations

Retain responsibility for final business decisions, configuration approvals, and go-live readiness
Stariage does not assume ownership of client data or system decisions.

4. Compliance & Data Protection

Stariage operates under strict GDPR, SOX, and industry-standard security controls.
We ensure:

Secure access practices and authenticated login methods

No unauthorized data storage, duplication, or external sharing

Audit-ready documentation and transparent configuration changes

Encryption and safe communication channels
-
Strict adherence to SAP implementation guidelines and licensing rules
Clients remain the data controller under GDPR; Stariage acts as a data processor only within agreed scope.

5. Confidentiality

All client data, system information, documentation, and business processes are treated as confidential.
Stariage will not disclose client information to third parties except:

When approved in writing by the client

When mandatory for delivering the contracted services (e.g., SAP Support tickets)

6. Intellectual Property
​
All Stariage-created materials, including templates, documents, configurations, system designs, and integration logic, remain the intellectual property of Stariage unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Client-owned data, branding, and proprietary information remain the property of the client.

7. Limitations of Liability
​
Stariage is not liable for:

Client system decisions, configurations approved by the client, or business rule impacts

Issues caused by third-party software, middleware, or external vendors

Downtime, system outages, or SAP platform-level changes
-
Lost profits, indirect damages, or business interruption
Liability is limited to the amount paid to Stariage for the specific services rendered.

8. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

Payments are due within the timeframe specified on invoices

Late payments may result in service suspension or late fees

Project work may require deposits, milestone payments, or retainers
Refunds are not issued for completed work or time-based consulting services. Any refund exceptions require written agreement.
