Refund Policy - the basics
Refunds are not provided for completed or partially delivered consulting sessions, configuration work, or advisory services already performed. Prepaid sessions that have not been used may be refunded upon written request within 7 days of purchase. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before a scheduled session; late cancellations may be considered delivered and non-refundable.
